You may not use holdpay to buy, sell, or transact for:

• Illegal Drugs & Substances: Narcotics, steroids, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia.
• Weapons & Explosives: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and other dangerous weapons.
• Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit materials, or services.
• Stolen Goods: Any item that you do not have the legal right to sell.
• Counterfeit Goods: Replicas or knockoffs of brand-name products.
• Hazardous Materials: Toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, or combustible goods.
• Social Media Services: Buying/selling likes, followers, or accounts.
• Hack/Crack Tools: Software or hardware designed to bypass security.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for:

• Money Laundering: Concealing the origins of illegally obtained money.
• Fraud: Engaging in deceptive practices, identity theft, or pyramid schemes.
• Harassment: Using the platform to threaten, harass, or abuse others.
• Data Mining: Using automated scripts or bots to harvest data from our site.
• Circumvention: Attempting to bypass our fee structure or move transactions off-platform.
• Agent API Abuse: Intentionally exceeding rate limits, evading abuse detection, manipulating agent reputation scores, or using the API for unauthorized surveillance.

4. Reporting Violations

If you witness a violation of this policy, please report it immediately to our support team at legal@holdpay.me. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content, cancel any transaction, or suspend any account that we believe violates this policy, without prior notice.
